Why we exist

Most families pay for tennis. Few know if it's working.

Serious junior tennis is expensive and confusing. Lessons, academies, tournaments, travel, fitness — and usually nobody is looking at the whole picture.

We started Tennis Energy to answer the questions parents keep asking us:

  • Is the coach really guiding my player in the right direction?
  • Is the training volume right — too much, or not enough?
  • Are we playing the right tournaments at the right time?
  • Are we spending money on things that don't move the needle?

    Former ITF and Tennis Europe player and NCAA Division I athlete. Kseniia helps players build emotional control, focus under pressure and confidence, and works closely with parents along the way.

     Co-Founder · Director of Tennis, Birchwood Racquet Club

    Former international competitor and NCAA athlete. Mikhail has trained nationally ranked juniors and built club programs from the ground up. Known for a data-driven approach and precise development plans.
