REFUND POLICY

Free Intro Call
Our 15-minute intro call is always free. No payment is required.

Digital Guides
Because digital guides are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us and we'll fix it right away.

Books (physical)
Unused books in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Player Development Audit
You may cancel for a full refund before your audit work begins (before we review your player's match video). Once the audit has started, the fee is non-refundable. If you continue to Performance Advisory within 14 days of your Audit, the Audit fee is credited toward Advisory.

Performance Advisory (3 months)
You may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions or analyses have been delivered. After work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

Performance Team (monthly)
Performance Team has a 6-month minimum commitment. After the minimum, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. Monthly payments already made are non-refundable.

How to request a refund or cancellation
Email us at tennissenergy@gmail.com with your name and order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
